How long will it take to get my pads?
Orders will leave our warehouse within 72 hours (M-F). Larger group orders will take longer depending on the size of the order.

How will my order be shipped?
All of our orders are shipped USPS Priority. On average USPS Priority reaches the destination in 2 to 3 days after shipping. Included with each package is a Delivery Confirmation Number.

Do you ship to XYZ Providence in Canada?
Yes we do. Standard s/h rate of $4.95 still applies.

Do you ship international?
Yes.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo. In addition to credit cards, we also accept a digital checks but your order will take longer to process because we must wait until it clears.

I am interested in group buy, large quantities, etc. Do you offer a discount?
You can send us an email by going to our Contact Us page. Include the quantity you are looking for and some information on what you would like on the pads.

Do you offer XYZ font?
If there is a font that you want but isn't listed on our order page, Contact Us with the font name.

Am I able to put graphics on my pad?
Sure you can! Just email the graphic to us or if you don’t have a graphic, but you have an idea in mind, email the idea and we will design one for you according to what you want. Graphic@CustomizedPads.com

What is the warranty on the pads?
Our pads come with a Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty.
